Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Destinations We currently ship within Australia.

3. Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and dimensions. Free shipping thresholds may apply and will be displayed at checkout where eligible.

4. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Metro areas (WA, NSW, VIC, QLD, SA): 3–10 business days.
Regional & remote areas: 7–14 business days.

Timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods, public holidays, or due to carrier disruptions.

5. Large & Bulky Items Furniture and large items are shipped via specialist freight carriers. Delivery may require a signature and ground-floor access. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. Specific delivery windows may be arranged directly with the carrier.

6. Tracking Your Order Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order directly through the carrier's website.

7. Delivery Issues If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@poshliving.com.au with your order number. We will liaise with the carrier on your behalf.

8. Damaged in Transit If your item arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy and Australian Consumer Law.

9. Incorrect Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. POSH LIVING is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Redelivery fees may apply.

10. Click & Collect Click & Collect is not available as we operate online store only.
